The market is down this morning on COVID fears. Fed Chair Powell and Treasury Secretary Mnuchin are scheduled to testify to Congress for 3 days this week. The Volatility Index is up this morning while the market is down, but in the low 30's to high 20's, it's not up big. We are still looking for both option selling and option buying opportunities.
